In celebration of National Book Award winner Arthur Sze’s forthcoming new and collected poems (The Glass Constellation: Copper Canyon Press, 2021), we are delighted to present this setting of his powerful poem, “Transpirations.” First published in 2020 in The New Yorker, this piece is a litany of stunning imagery, an investigation into the simultaneities of existence, and a summons to see ourselves fully in and of this universe.
